Raspberry Leaf tones the uterus and regulates cycles, while Lady's Mantle may ease menstrual cramps and manage heavy flows. True Cinnamon is beneficial for those with PCOS by helping to regulate insulin. Peppermint and Spearmint reduce menstrual discomfort and balance hormones, respectively. Lemon Balm alleviates stress and PMS symptoms, and Ginger targets menstrual pain and supports digestion. Nettle provides essential nutrients, supports the kidneys and adrenals, and reduces bloating.
This nurturing blend is also designed to support pre-pregnancy health and can be safely consumed in the last trimester to aid labor preparation. Begin with 1 cup daily, gradually increasing to 3 cups if well-tolerated.
Suitable for use during lactation. AVOID during the first and second trimesters of pregnancy.
Preparation Instructions: Infuse 1-2 full teaspoons in 250ml of hot water for 10-15 mins. May be combined with honey or Elderberry Syrup to have an added immune stimulating effect that may be passed onto bubs through the breast milk.
